- Friends and CTCP Friends Online Help
- ====================================
-
-
- AUTOVOICE:
- This only effects people who are in your friends list. If you have
- ops in a channel the friend joins the channel, PigScript will
- automatically voice them.
-
- To turn AutoVoice on/off click the [PigScript] pull down menu,
- scroll down to [Setup PigScript], move across then down to
- [AutoVoice].
-
-
- AUTOOP:
- This only effects people in your friends list. If you have ops
- in a channel that a friend joins, PigScript will automatically
- op them.
-
- To turn AutoOp on/off click the [PigScript] pull down menu,
- scroll down to [Setup PigScript], move across then down to
- [AutoOp].
-
-
- FRIENDS ACCESS:
- People who are added to your friends list recieve special access to
- PigScript. There are two levels of friends access, op access and
- voice access. Both op and voice friends can do the following...
-
- Get automatically voiced in a channel.
- Tell PigScript to voice them in a channel.
- Tell PigScript invite them into a channel.
- Avoid triggering PigScript Personal and Channel Flood Protection.
-
- Friends with op access can also tell PigScript to op themselves
- in a channel.
-
- To turn on/off Friends Access click the [PigScript] pull down menu,
- scroll down to [Setup PigScript], move across then down to
- [CTCP Friend Commands]. This only effects the CTCP Friend commands
- not the AutoOp/Voice or Flood Protection trigger.
-
-
- CTCP COMMANDS FOR FRIENDS:
- Friends have access to special CTCP commands that an ordinary
- IRC user can't access. Below I will list how to use the commands
- and what they do.
-
- /CTCP <nick> HELP
- - will list all the CTCP friend commands available to that user.
-
- /CTCP <nick> CHANNELS
- - will list all the channels <nick> is in.
-
- /CTCP <nick> INVITE #<channel name>
- - will tell PigScript to invite you into <channel name>. Note
- you can only be invited into channels that <nick> has ops in.
-
- /CTCP <nick> VOICE #<channel name>
- - will tell PigScript to voice you in <channel name>.
-
- /CTCP <nick> OP #<channel name>
- - will tell PigScript to op you in <channel name>. Only friends
- with op access can use this command.
-
- To turn on/off CTCP Commands for Friends Access click the [PigScript]
- pull down menu, scroll down to [Setup PigScript], move across then down
- to [CTCP Friend Commands].
-
-
- NICK PROTECTION:
- Nick protection will two do things. Firstly anyone who kicks a nick
- who is on your protection list will be promptly kicked (only channels
- you have ops in) and secondly the protected nick will be reinvited into
- the channel. There is one problem with this option. Nick protection
- will only protect nicks and not individuals users.
-
- To turn Nick Protection on/off click the [PigScript] pull down menu,
- scroll down to [Setup PigScript], move across then down to
- [Nick Protection].
